Expected Shipping Times

• Orders received Monday through Thursday by 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the same day for in-stock items.*
• Orders received Monday through Thursday after 1:00 p.m. CST are usually processed the next business day for in-stock items.*
• All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. CST on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday.
• Notice: Furniture items take 2-3 days to prepare for shipment and 1-2 weeks to receive, depending on destination. We properly check all furniture/equipment for quality control before shipping and meticulously package each item for safe travel. Please allow extra time for furniture items.

Estimated Delivery Date:

Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For many items, we calculate Estimated Delivery Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. An Estimated Delivery Date is a calculation of several factors, including item availability, shipping method you select, transit times, holidays, delivery schedules and the final shipping destination.

Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Estimated Delivery Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

Please note that all “days” mentioned are business days, meaning Monday to Friday, excluding US Holidays. So an order shipped Friday with option “2 business days” will not arrive before Tuesday the week after. If the same order is placed on Friday after cut-off time, it will ship on Monday and not arrive before Wednesday.

United States

• When using standard shipping method within the continental USA, except Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, it can take up to 5 business days from the date your order is shipped.
• Other options include FedEx 2 Day service, FedEx Next Day service.
• A signature is required for all FedEx shipments upon receipt.
• FedEx will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via US Postal Service)
• The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by LTL truck carrier. Please allow 5-8 business days for delivery to 48 states. The states of Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico can anticipate 10-14 days for delivery.

International

Delivery times are between 1-2 weeks depending on the country. Note that the estimated time is only for arrival to destination country. Other variables such as customs and duties may delay the actual delivery time to the final destination.
